Widget Livechet dont show the fields and message, only the frame

The livechat widget doesn't display the name, email, or the type field as messages, only the frame, and the frame has a different color and title message from the one configured.

@renatobecker I'm from the support area, the problem is occurring in a homologation environment, a copy of the production environment, it happens that those responsible for the application have implemented the homologation environment in a newer version, an homologation version (with widget problem) is in version 4.0 and in the production (working) version it is version 3.18.0, could the problem be due to this version update?

problem solved, we replaced the DNS address with the IP in the script that calls the livechat widget
