Use of both triggers simultaneously

As it stands, the Livechat widget can be triggered by either 'Visitor Page URL' or 'Visitor time on site'. It would be great if you could use both conditions at the same time. This would essentially result in the Livechat being triggered after a certain amount of time on a particular site/URL.
