Feature Request: Disable Threads / Discussion for individual Channels, Teams, etc.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have some user on our platform who prefer a more linear communication experience. Therefore they do not want to have, the ability to open Threads / Discussions in individual Chats, Rooms, Teams and Channels.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a switch that can be set by the owner of a Chat, Room, Team and Channel, that disables the feature if it is enabled in the admin settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Ability to forec users of a individual Chat, Room, Team and Channel to publish the answer to a discussion/thread in the main thread.
