Add "Jump to Message" for Shared Files

Locating the context of shared files in conversations is difficult without a "Jump to Message" feature, unlike pinned or starred messages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding a "Jump to Message" option for files, allowing users to navigate directly to the message where the file was shared.

Additional context

A "Jump to Message" option in the menu can be included.
