YOUR STATE LEAD WILL EMAIL YOU A LIST OF LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS AND A DELIVERY FORM

EVERY MASK MADE WILL BE DONATED NO MATTER WHAT PATTERN YOU USE

What is motivation or use case for adding/changing the behavior?
Make it more clear that they'll get a list of places from the lead, and also prime them to fill out the delivery form
