How to add new bookmarks with zoom level as Inerhit Zoom?

Hi @lotusxhao, I'm not familiar with "Inerhit Zoom". Maybe exploring the features PyPDF2 provides is the way to go?

There is a related issue py-pdf/pypdf#534.
