Wanted change/feature

• The following changes are suggested as a result of discussing <physDescSet> is missing the @coverage attribute #109, Consider the name of <physDescSet> -> Consider removing <physDescSet> #112, EAD4 schema not coherent: <quantity> plus <unitType> vs. <dimensions> plus @unit #122, Reduce parallel encoding options for the same information and review the possibility to have more required elements #130, Make <quantity> + <unitType> repeatable ? #137, and Maintain <genreForm> as a separate element #145 including comments received from the community with regard to the first draft of EAD 4.0. They represent the EAD team's decision during their meeting in Chicago in August 2024.
• Remove @parent from <container> and use @target instead. This is in line with the use of @target in other contexts when referring from one descriptive element to another. No specific attribute is necessary only in the context of <container>.
