There is a README.md in the `transform\pipelines' folder that has the following text...

TODO in https://github.com/UCLH-Foundry/FlowEHR/issues/81:
Here we will explain that this is where the repos are going to get checked out, and how to work with them

However, Issue #81 is marked as resolved.

This README.md should be updated.
