This helps us to know which medicine patients actually took at a specific point in time

information will probably be very unreliable anyhow.
Nice to know data, but actually in the real world people probably won't update dose/medication
Limited number of medicine available. Maybe even yes/no medication is sufficient information.
Also dose will most likely correlate to the stage of the disease
