how to load segment data into quip database

Step 1: down load segment data from url http://quip2.bmi.stonybrook.edu:4000/

command: wget -r http://quip2.bmi.stonybrook.edu:4000/

Step 2: create folder results under your quip distro storage /img folder

Step 3: move segment data files to your quip distro storage /img/results folder

Step 4: create image_list.txt file

Step 5: download load_segment_result.sh file to your quip distro storage /img/results folder

Step 6: modify load_segment_result.sh, for example; change input_file name and your container storage folder, then run this load_segment_result.sh.

I just load one image segment data to database at my test machine and it works. The process lasts around 15 minutes.
