Charise, Qurat and Akash will work on the Segregation of questions and responses in a more friendly format

@charise @aka5h4u Who can see this data? I ask because the survey is anonymous but at the end the 2nd to last question/column has information that could identify or possibly identify the respondent. And, the last question/column has specific information about the respondent. I think we need to honor the anonymity of the survey and be aware when we post the raw data.
