Recipe Name
Which recipe were you attempting to run? Please provide a link to the particular file, if possible.
snowfakery_samples/npsp/Contact_Campaign_CampaignMember.recipe.yml

Describe the enhancement
Change the recipe to specify at least one RecordType for the Campaign record that gets created.

Additional context
Why? Because in NPSP there are 4 RecordTypes in a default NPSP org, and it is best practice to not leave RecordType blank once it is available. FYI, these are the recordtypes that are included in new NPSP Trials: Event, Fundraising, General, Marketing. (Also, if RecordType is included in the sample recipe, then I don't have to go searching for the appropriate syntax.)
