Summit Events has a dedicated group of Project Maintainers that are involved in the overall success of the project. Below is a current list of the Summit Events Project Team:

To ensure the sustainability of Summit Events, there are Key roles with assigned team members to fulfill the following roles at minimum:

Role Description Lead Support
Product Owner Person to sets direction for Summit Events. Ryan Blake
Project Manager:  This person leads the project as a whole, schedules and runs meetings, and provides meeting notes. The PM is the hub of communication and keeps the team on track. Ryan Blake
Developer Develops the building of Summit Events, from Objects, to Apex to Triggers Thad Dahlberg Jeff Hilyard, Sandhya Rakesh
Release Engineer: Projects with technical elements (like custom code or apps) need a technical engineer to develop the build. This role will likely also package and release your application using GitHub and CumulusCI. Manages pull requests. Thad Dahlberg
Quality Assurance Tester: Each new element will need to be thoroughly tested to ensure a quality product. Shayna Stockon
Technical Writer: Documentation can make or break your project. If users don't know how to use what you've built, support needs increase and users will likely abandon the solution. Jim Hubert
Support/Training Users who post in your Power of Us Hub group need timely responses to their questions. Also, consider hosting demos, recording training videos, or conducting in-person training sessions. Mike Walter Farrah Friedrich
Marketing: If no one knows about your project, what's the point in spending all this time on it? Promote your solution throughout the Salesforce.org community, host webinars or office hours, and create presentations. Jim Hubert
Business Analyst Will engage with the Community to gather requirements for potential development Mike Walter Farrah Friedrich
Architect Working through the different potential solutions to determine what makes the most sense
