As a scholar user, I want to remove my own posts from the message board, so that I can remove
posts that are no longer significant.

Acceptance criteria:
⦁ Scholars can remove their own threads and comments from the message board.
⦁ After a thread is removed all comments associated with that thread will also be removed.
⦁ Scholars cannot remove threads or comments posted by other users.

Estimate: 8 man-hours
