View service hour summary

As a faculty user, I want to view a summary of the entire program’s service hour information, so
that I can easily view complete records about the program.

Acceptance criteria:
⦁ Faculty can see a summary of the records of every student in the program.
⦁ The summary will include total number of service hours for each scholar.
⦁ The summary will include how many scholars have met their yearly goal.
⦁ The summary will include how many scholars have logged zero hours.

Estimate: 8 man-hours
