When deleting an OSINT source and the request connection fails (in my case a container restart, the certificate changed and FF asked me again to accept the self-signed cert, leading to a NS_ERROR_GENERATE_FAILURE(NS_ERROR_MODULE_SECURITY, MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_SELF_SIGNED_CERT) as shown in the network tab of firefox), the UI says
OSINT source is in use and could not be deleted
