I'm not sure what ChickenCoreLib is but the url:

gives a 404 error (it doesn't exist).

I'm assuming you are trying to have the launcher download a modpack. This is not an issue with skmclauncher, so you will have to consult your modpack distributor. If you give more more details I may be able to help.

Well I made the pack and when I go to push play is say failed to load

The file is being loaded from dropbox, not from whatever "mods.extract.rar" is. The file needs to be accessible from dropbox for you current set up to work. If you send me a link to your current code I'll try and help. Or you could wait for sk89q to get back to you, but he is in America (where it is 3:11AM).

Ok I got that fixed now it wont start up 1.6.4
it just starts up 1.5.2 vanilla

It's not updated for 1.6 yet. The highest it currently supports is 1.5.X. 1.6 support is in-progress, but sk89q has no eta as far as I know.

@gunnar19991 @FabianN I'm not sure I follow. Are you refering to the launcher or the modpack when you talk about 1.6 support. For the launcher see Issue #54 for updates.

How do i add my own info so people can play on my modpack??
