Initial version of 2024 website (#37)

* Remove old files

* Add generated old sites to archive

* Add a draft of new web.

* Draft website deploy workflow.

* Fix path to generated website.

* Remove scss file.

* Assemble the compiled website and the archive.

* Redirect common pages to 2024.

* Setup redirects during deploy.

* Deploy on push to master.

* Change syntax highlighting style.

* Fix my website.
