The Docker image used for the Oracle CI hasn't been updated in 5 years (on Dockerhub - on Github there is more activity). In the meantime, there is now an official image available: https://hub.docker.com/r/gvenzl/oracle-free

Might be a good idea to use this in CI instead.

Yes, definitely, I have this in my TODO list but never got around to doing it.
