About the Bounty

Hopefully nothing too difficult? Just a quirk similar to Headpat slut, but it's for kissing, I wanna be able to make people cum from just kissing them. Also possibility in fixing the issue where going down and eating out a partner doesn't build arousal? I can add extra if need be.
