Add SUMA guide and clarify subscriptions (SLL8) (#36)

* Initial guide stub * Rework introduction jsc#DOCTEAM-1621 * Add stub sections to SUMA guide * Other updates to support new guide and info * Small fixes * More small fixes after doing sll7
