It doesn't know to add the section start number so we can end up with:

Sample: MS_FN_1111808 (100/101) — 50.0 µm cuts — (2020/07/16 08:07:24)
laser power: 55%; averaging: 5 frames - Chan 3 MONTAGE; FINISHING SOON

When there are still, say, 120 sections to go.

Fix time left: 87e62c0, 1ce9e04, 0be8201

Need to confirm this does not have unintended consequences on acquisitions that are not resumed.
