Make navigation between fields in a sheet format more fluid

Description:
Recently received feedback about it being so much easier to write with a pen and paper than attempting to fill in the fields of a sheet format because of how clunky the keyboard based navigation is.

Whilst this mod isn't going to replace pen and paper for all users, it should definitely be as fluid as possible to navigate between fields.

We should be including the ability to use keyboard shortcuts commonly used in a basic text editor:

1. Left/Right Arrow keys to move about a sentence/word
2. Ctrl+Left/Ctrl+Right Arrow keys to skip to previous or next word
3. Up/Down Arrow keys to move up or down fields or lines within a field (if multiline)
4. Tab key to move to next field
5. Shift+Tab to move to previous field
6. Ctrl+Backspace to delete whole words

Steps to reproduce:

• Open a sheet format that includes multiple fields (any other than the notepad)
• Fill in first field
• Attempt to navigate to another field rapidly
