Remove "Philips CD-i Digital Video" as a format option in the drop down, it is the same format a "Philips CD-i".

I think the idea around CD-i Digital Video being separate is that it requires the Digital Video Cartridge hardware.

"Digital Video" used to be used by redump.org to keep CD-i movies in a separate dat and so that they could be behind a login. but the technology is the same as many games which use Digital Video.
