Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, the issue is that users with visual impairments cannot use the read aloud feature when SEB (Safe Exam Browser) is running. The current system configuration does not support text-to-speech (TTS) tools like Windows Narrator, and attempts to integrate TTS software within the SEB configuration process have not been successful.

Describe the solution you'd like
We would like to see a built-in option within SEB to enable text-to-speech or read aloud functionality. This could be a button or toggle option that the user can activate if desired. The button should allow SEB to read aloud the text on the screen, making the platform more accessible to visually impaired users. Ideally, this option would be simple to activate without interrupting the exam environment.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We have attempted to use the built-in Windows Narrator accessibility tool. However, when SEB is running, it disables all other accessibility features, including the Narrator. We also tried adding the Narrator application within the SEB configuration, but this did not work as expected. No solution has been found that allows TTS to work concurrently with SEB.

Additional context
Having a built-in accessibility feature, such as a read aloud button, would make SEB more inclusive for students with visual impairments. It would provide a way to ensure that they can fully access and complete exams without relying on external tools that are incompatible with SEB. A solution would not only improve the user experience but also ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines in educational environments.

SEB should have basic compatibility with accessibility tools like NVDA or JAWS, see https://safeexambrowser.org/about_overview_en.html#accessibility-statement for more information.
