Description

Since there are certain actions which can happen to the incident, like being published, reviewed, commented on (by the reviewer), we can display a timeline of events for each incident.

This ties in with #14, as it would be the perfect way to display the event log.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Each incident will have an included timeline view with times and action performed on the incident.

Out of Scope

  • Showing everybody that was alerted is not part of the change
