This PR closes #47 and:

  • adds instructions on how contribute documentation, from editing, building, to deploying
  • reduces duplication in the repo readme, by redirecting contributors to the Contributor Guide on the website
  • adds workflow syntax guide introduced in PR Add support for workflow code cells #80
