Changes
- We added Feature Telemetry to track the number of Active Services with Service Schedules, capture the number of Service Schedules with at least one Service Session in the future, and capture the count of Active Programs with at least one Program Cohort. Feature Telemetry collects feature and usage metrics when customers use our products. We use this information to understand the level of usage and adoption of various PMM features. No personally identifiable information is collected through PMM Feature Telemetry. Read more about PMM Telemetry here: https://powerofus.force.com/s/article/PMM-Feature-Telemetry
- When scheduling or logging Services, you can now add participants who don’t yet have Program Engagements. For example, if you are using Bulk Service Deliveries to record services for a drop-in service and a participant shows up that hasn't already enrolled, now you can easily create a Program Engagement (and Contact, if needed) for them without leaving your workflow. Just click the New button on the same screen where you select other participants. This new feature is available in Bulk Service Deliveries, as you create new Service Schedules, and from the “Add More Participants” button on Service Schedules. For more information, see Work with Services. The available fields for creating new Program Engagements and new Contacts using this feature are controlled by field sets. For information on updating the field set, see Customize Creating Program Engagements from Bulk Service Deliveries.
- We added the ProgramController Apex class to the PMM Manage and PMM Deliver permission sets. If you cloned your permission sets, you need to add access to the class.
