Unexpected List view labelled as 'ENCODED:{!FilterNames.Task_OpenTasks}' on Tasks object; API name : animalshelters__OpenTasks

Description
We are using animal shelter pack and are working on tasks for one of our requirements, we are suddenly seeing an unexpected list view whose label is 'ENCODED:{!FilterNames.Task_OpenTasks}' and API name is 'animalshelters__OpenTasks' on Tasks object

We are not sure how this list view is present in our dev and test sandboxes, surely it wasn't deployed by us through our branches.

Expected behavior
The list view should not be present, even if it is OOTB the label should not be something like we are getting.

Just to update this issue, its a bug with the package. It should not cause any functional issues but as you have pointed out does add this ListView. A case has been submitted to the packaging team to review (Case ID: 466917936)
