The output SVG is not pretty. It is missing some essentials.

  • A Key for the different coloured edges
  • Deliberate layout for the Nodes to help understanding

I think I can do this by adding invisible nodes and edges to force a layout. Will need to add more data as well to give relative positions for the nodes.

Question is, does this add value to the data or is it mixing the data with presentation?
