Change the way applicant state is displayed here.

Replace the row color (which represents the state of the applicant) to be a "Badge" as displayed below.

  • create a Badge component
    • should have custom color and custom text
    • should have the ability to hover for tooltip, see other places where the exsisting tooltip component is used.
  • implement the Badge component in the table here to.

Take inspiration form these component libraries when creating the badge component

This is kind of how the table should look:
