looking at the 11 failures are not related to this update in the version. I feel it is good to merge this

ACK for this change, 6/11 failures are related to AttributeError from manifester which is fixed in SatelliteQE/robottelo#13819, and other 5 failures are common from recent stream run, so we're good to merge this!
