The texture for the scribe buff is missing. The block still works.

Eiwaz please report that issue to the dev of Age Of Exile (link:https://github.com/RobertSkalko/Age-of-Exile/issues), since this is a mod issue rather than a modpack issue.
Block doesn't have textures, probably WIP, and it is luckily not an issue on your side.
