1.0.0 - without handheld cap

this release is based on the sys-clk from retronx-team. I only edited two lines to remove the handheld cap.
In combination with the ReverseNX-(RT) you can enjoy e.g. Mortal Kombat 11 in full graphics and don't have to deal with the crappy handheld graphics mode.
Please adjust your fan curve. It should be a bit more aggressive.
