Issue

The Backup Policies documentation does not include key information from the blog post "Data Resiliency at Scalingo".

Reason for issue :

Blog content is not searchable in the documentation.
Customers need clear, auditable information on data resiliency.
Backup policies should explicitly mention data replication, retention, and integrity verification.
