Describe the Bug

During effect's playback HDR content becomes brighter. No such problem with stock KWin effects.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any application that's capable of showing HDR content (for example mpv with VK HDR Layer)
  2. See that brightness levels of HDR content are changing before and after effect is applied.
