Implement the User Profile UIs to facilitate,

Show DPs owned by a user - Viewing Uploaded and Created DP records
- different views for successful(completed), rejected, and in-progress SMILES DPs that were created/uploaded by a user
UI to show assigned DP records (this is for a user having a 'reviewer' role)
UI for DP drafts
- There should be a clear separation for 3 DP types
Show user groups
