All appendix pages have either been transferred to hugo framework structure or redirected to RDM guidelines
Change link so that it points to dsw.scilifelab.se/projects instead of dsw-appendix.scilifelab.se/projects
Update instructions in README about the url for a new page, that it will be dsw-appendix.scilifelab.se/ and not part of the DSW instance (test or production)
in hugo.toml, change baseUrl to dsw-appendix.scilifelab.se instead of dsw.scilifelab.se/appendix
