[Bug]: Slack can not save "Launch app on login" option in Preferences

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title.
• I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.
• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Expected/Current Behaviour

After checking the relevant options and rebooting, it did not launch as expected, and when I go to the Preference again, I found that the options were not checked.

Steps to Reproduce

File >> Preferences 
Advanced >> checked "Launch app on login"
reboot
didn't lauched
Go to Advanced again
options were not checked
