Invisible collision while driving

Sometimes while you drive there is an invisible collision that block your vehicle. This is easier to notice in the City map I think.

I think it’s always where a vehicle was spawned.

Debugging collision don’t show anything useful

Trying Chaos debug commands, it looks like it's something with the replay and the vehicle wheels not correctly moving, it could be a rigging bug or something in the replay and/or the engine. The first screenshot it's in the same spot of the screenshot in the first comment
