Introduction

Energy Simulator is a Java project that acts as a generator of realistic data simulating data for energy devices.

The simulator creates two types of data:

• Time series data - e.g. ten minute averages
• Asynchronous data - e.g. alarms or events (to be added)

The main thrust of this project is a to produce an open source front end common interface to many different simulator implementations.
