It is not fully clear why the session cache settings are described two times at /config #1371

The session cache settings seem to be displayed twice. Why is that?

In the code I'm seeing the following. In the first instance the properties of a WAHashCache are being rendered. In the second instance the properties of a WAUserConfiguration are being rendered.
