The PFPH spontaneously unloads from memory despite disabling power saving for it

In the "Background power consumption management" section, the "Unrestricted (allow battery usage in background without restrictions. May use more battery)" setting is enabled for the application. And still, PFPH stops working after some time after the smartphone is started and locked.
