Today, I used the "training" mode in which about 2000 steps were counted, and then for the rest of the day about 6000 steps were counted. However, when going to the main "pedometer" screen sometimes it displays 6000 steps, and sometimes it displays 8000 steps: The difference being the number of steps in training mode. The same thing occurs with the widget: sometimes it shows 6000 and sometimes it shows 2000.
It appears that the existence of a "training session" is confusing the app when displaying the total number of steps in the widget and the pedometer main screen.

Thank you for the report. The Daily view is indeed somehow inconsistent at the moment, good to know that it also affects the widget, so there is likely a common mechanism at play.
