Missing info about how-to back up this app's data to make it clear to users how they can do this. This is very necessary when a user is switching physical phones.

PR #135 will partially resolve this issue as then this information will be available in the README.md. Issue still remains to include this information with the app itself, as discussed in SecUSo/privacy-friendly-qr-scanner#200
