As I use this repository as import source for another (related) project on key.security.fail this should be resolved once the SW there is stable enough to handle the data (no prod data there ATM). Search there is planned to allow for all practical hashes (MD5, SHA1, SHA2-256, SHA2-384, SHA2-512, SHA3-256, SHA3-384, SHA3-512, Whirlpool) of the DER-encoded SPKI structure (AKA plain public key), plus selected non-default hashes (e.g. MD5/SHA1 of SSH public key).
Will use this issue as tracking bug to notify once all data here is properly searchable over at the project's website.
Another note: The filenames of the Debian keys and some other larger imports reflect the MD5 fingerprint as given bei OpenSSH for those keys. For the Debian keys the filename also contains the generating PID.
md5 or SHA for easier searching.
