xkeyboard-config-bbkt-2.34

I kind of figured how the xkeyboard-config distribution tarballs are generated, so now I'll be making releases for every upstream release.

The attached tarballs should build just like the upstream ones that are found in the mirrors that distributions use, so this will make it even easier to create packages for bbkt (literally just copy the upstream package definition but replace the upstream tarball URL with one from below). I'll probably add this to the README soon too.
