Hi,
While trying to build seiscomp on Arch Linux I got following error for generating documentations:

'docutils.nodes' has no attribute 'reprunicode'

Apparently in docutils Release 0.21 (2024-04-09) reprunicode was removed.
This leads to an error when building documentation.

To fix it I use sphinx-mdinclude instead of m2r2 module for document generations and it worked correctly.
