First of all: thank you for your awesome work; results are extremely good!

Can you explain to me how the collaboration between this repo and the original mmdetection works? Because there is this original Sense-X repo with all the latest trained models and extensions (like mask prediction), but with old mmdetection and custom mmcv stuff.

On the other hand we also have a Co-DETR implementation in the projects directory of the mmdetection repo:
https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmdetection/tree/main/projects/CO-DETR

This works with the latest mmdetection, but looks like a port with major changes. It on the other misses the mask prediction branches and corresponding pre-trained models.

Is this done in collaboration with you guys, or is this done solely by the mmdetection team? And is it the idea that it will move from the projects into the actual mmdetection models/configs or will it stay in the projects directory?

I would be glad to help out.

Thanks again for your work!

The implementation in the original mmdet repo is developed by the mmdet team.

Ok thank you for your response. Wouldn't it be a good idea to continue in that repo so that it integrates directly with the latest mmdetection, or would that hold you back in your development?

Most of my time is occupied by other projects, and I don't have much time to integrate this project into the latest mmdetection repository.
