Description of Improvement

At the Seshat November 2024 workshop it was discussed that it would be useful to have a way to suggest big improvements to the code base and/or new software proposals that would require funding/resourcing outside the scope of current projects.

Create a documentation page and accompanying GitHub issue template which can be used for this. The template could include fields like:

• Skills required
• FTE required

An example first issue might be:

• "Create a React front end for the Seshat website that uses the Seshat API"

Ability to help the project plan for future software development
